For privacy and security reasons, our physical dispatch address is not published online. A return address will be provided where a return has been approved or is otherwise required by law.
 

2. Eligibility to purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

• the information you provide is complete and accurate; and

• you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Customers under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing.
 

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products accurately.

However:

• colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings;

• minor variations may occur between production batches;

• dimensions and weights may be approximate; and

• accessories pictured with the product are not included unless expressly stated.

The product includes only the items listed in the product description at the time of purchase.

The Bible, microphone, anointing oil, clothing and other props shown in lifestyle or promotional photographs are not included unless expressly stated.
 

4. Product use

PreacherPack products are designed as personal carry bags and accessories.

Customers are responsible for:

• using the product appropriately;

• checking straps, buckles, zippers and attachments before use;

• ensuring the bag is not overloaded;

• keeping the product away from open flames and hazardous materials; and

• complying with local laws regarding anything carried inside the product.

We do not guarantee that the product is waterproof, impact-proof, cut-resistant, protective equipment or suitable for carrying unusually heavy, dangerous, fragile or high-value items unless expressly stated in writing.
 

5. Prices and currency

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted by us.

Shipping charges, taxes or other applicable costs will be shown before checkout where possible.

International customers may also be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not controlled by PreacherPack and are the customer’s responsibility.
 

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Wix or other authorised payment processors. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation.
 

7. Order acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• an item is unavailable;

• the price or product information contains an obvious error;

• payment cannot be verified;

• fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected;

• the shipping address is incomplete or unsupported;

• legal or carrier restrictions prevent fulfilment; or

• an order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale.

Where we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.
 

8. Inventory and availability

Products are subject to availability.

Although our website may track stock, occasional inventory errors can occur. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative option.

We do not guarantee that future releases, colours, patches or accessories will be available.
 

9. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia.

Estimated dispatch and delivery periods shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by:

• carrier delays;

• weather;

• public holidays;

• customs processing;

• incorrect or incomplete addresses;

• remote delivery locations; or

• events beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking will be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete delivery address. Where an order is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect address, failed to collect it, or refused delivery, additional postage may be required before it is resent.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
 

10. Risk and ownership

Ownership of the product passes to you once we have received full payment.

Risk of loss or damage passes in accordance with applicable law and the delivery arrangement used.

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly so we can assist with enquiries through the carrier.
 

11. International orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can lawfully be imported into their country.

Customs authorities may inspect, delay, hold or return shipments.

The customer is responsible for:

• import duties;

• sales taxes or value-added taxes;

• customs charges;

• brokerage or handling fees; and

• any costs caused by refusing to pay destination-country charges.

We do not mark commercial purchases as gifts or declare a false customs value.
 

12. Change-of-mind returns

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we offer change-of-mind returns where:

• you contact us within [14] days of delivery;

• the product is unused, unworn and unwashed;

• all original tags, packaging and included items are present;

• the product is in resalable condition; and

• proof of purchase is provided.

Approved change-of-mind returns must be sent using a trackable method.

Unless required otherwise by law:

• return postage is the customer’s responsibility;

• original shipping charges are not refundable; and

• we may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for personalised, altered or final-clearance products where this was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Retailers are not generally required to provide a remedy merely because a customer changed their mind, but businesses cannot use a returns policy to remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
 

13. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products must, among other things:

• be of acceptable quality;

• match their description;

• be fit for any disclosed purpose; and

• satisfy any applicable express representations.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or incorrect, contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with:

• your order number;

• a description of the problem; and

• clear photographs where reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances and the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer guarantees apply automatically, and available remedies depend partly on whether the failure is major or minor.
 

14. Refund processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by your financial institution after the refund has been processed by us.
 

15. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• are subject to any stated conditions;

• cannot be redeemed for cash;

• may have expiry dates;

• may be limited to one use per customer;

• may not be combined unless expressly stated; and

• may be withdrawn where required because of error, misuse or fraud.

Any promotional comparison price or discount will be used only where there is a genuine basis for that representation.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by or licensed to PreacherPack, including:

• logos;

• product names;

• photographs;

• videos;

• graphics;

• written copy;

• product designs; and

• website branding.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, scrape or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
 

17. User content and reviews

Where you submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content, you confirm that:

• it is truthful;

• it is your own content or you have permission to submit it;

• it does not infringe another person’s rights;

• it is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, misleading or obscene; and

• it does not contain malicious software or unauthorised advertising.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use submitted content in connection with our website and marketing, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
 

18. Marketing communications

We will only send promotional emails or messages where we have an appropriate basis to do so.

Marketing messages will identify the sender and provide a way to unsubscribe.

Transactional communications—such as order confirmations, shipping updates and customer-service messages—may still be sent where necessary to fulfil your order.

This clause does not require you to indemnify us for loss caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of these Terms.
 

25. Events beyond reasonable control

Neither party will be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, except that this clause does not remove obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.Such events may include natural disasters, transport disruption, industrial action, government restrictions, telecommunications failure or widespread service outages.

The version applying to an order is generally the version published when that order was placed, unless a change must apply immediately by law.

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we waive that right.

You and PreacherPack submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Queensland, subject to any consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere that cannot lawfully be restricted.
